The ENTIRE property is under construction. The ENTIRE property is dirty with construction dirt. The rooms literally next to us were being remodeled and they were banging and drilling till after 8pm. The blinds do not seal the light out and the parking lot lights shined into our rooms all night. The beds were awful, completely uncomfortable. Oh and- no breakfast. When I asked about it they said no- we are under construction- no breakfast. The ice machine is broken and unplugged. The drink vending machine was sold out of EVERY selection. The food vending machine has condoms. I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY AT A MICROTEL WYNDHAM EVER AGAIN.

Nothing except Dwayne tried to help and we appreciate it. Even if he couldn't do anything. He at least listened to a frantic mom

On all the sites we looked at online this motel said they would rent to 18 and older. My daught is moving across the country to Rochester to go to school. Her dorm wasn't ready the next day so she needed a place to stay for the night. When she got there she was told they would only rent to her if there was someone over twenty one that could rent the room for her. We live in Oregon and she has the courage to fly clear across the country to go to school and the one thing we thought we were able to provide for her was a safe place to stay instead she sent me a picture of her outside in the rain. I will never stay at one of your motels ever again. And this will be on fb, Instagram, and where ever else I can blast this to save everyone else the trouble. Don't try to ask for a manager. They don't have them on site!
It's ridiculous that you can at the age of 18, be considered an adult, vote, get married, travel over seas alone, die for your country! But heaven forbid letting a mother plead to ask for her daughter to have a safe nights sleep in a place she has never been too!

Room was not very clean.
A/C was not working.
Ice machine was broken.
Renovations ongoing - hallway carpets covered in paint drips and construction dust and dirt.
Renovations still ongoing at 10pm, workers talking loudly and noise from tools.
Walls thin and hotel very noisy. Fight in the lobby at 4am with a hotel guests.
Room renovations not completely finished - no towel bars or toilet roll holder (toilet paper sitting on top of tank) installed in the bathroom. Large retangular opening under the TV, which I assume was for a refrigerator.
No info in the room - TV channel guide, area restaurants that deliver to hotel, local attractions, etc.

They were refurbishing the rooms so the bed was new and comfortable.
Negatives:
They confused our reservation and took ivermectin and hour to check in, there was no fridge in the room even though I upgraded the room to have a fridge, there was never any ice available to guests and they had no intention of getting any. Checkout was poor as they charged me for my room and another in our party even though Booking.com says everyone pays for their own room when they get to the hotel.
