Motel was dirty. My room was entered during the day while I was gone and not cleaned. Things were looked through. The hallways were full of construction debris. There was no parking due to construction materials. The breakfast was toast, nothin else. The girl at checkin was rude. The man at checkout was useless. I did not stay the second nigh because of fear for personal safety after the entry.
I have complained to Booking.com and Windham/Microtel. Neither are helping me. I have contacted the fire marshall regarding the obstructed hallways and parking. I have requested the charges for this room be reversed by my credit card.
This is a HORIFFIC hotel and Booking.com has done nothing to correct the issues

A couple of punch holes on walls close to the bed that a medium size mouse could fit in. Breakfast was included in the room rate but there was no coffee not even fruits. It is supposed to be special day for tourists influx but this hotel was not ready .

Old - broken down crack den. No hot water - toilet bowl was barely attached to the floor - bed felt like cement - and a long metal frame piece was sticking out about 10 inches but hidden under a filthy bed skirt and almost broke my ankle on it.
Positives:
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. When we checked in they were extremely busy, but gave each guest the attention that they deserved.
Negatives:
They are right in the middle of remodeling this hotel, so there were construction materials in the 2nd floor lobby. The room where we stayed still needed the bathroom upgraded, there was a significant amount of paint and plaster falling off the wall.

Hotel was surrounded by large cunstructiin bins. It was in poor condition. Much trash in the parking lot The outer frame of my room window had been pried up by someone aparently trying to break in. I had no room service on my 2 night stay.

The room was disgusting and dirty. The tub was so dirty it was black on the bottom.
The bed was old and you could feel every spring. Not to mention the visible dip in the middle of the bed.

The tub and the sink were disgusting. Maybe not dirty, just very old looking and was not comfortable to take a shower.. Is toilet ran most of the night. The look of the comforter on the bed was not inviting. Tile in the bathroom was off On the floor. Pictures are all of the room. The outside was nice and they are remodeling but way over priced for what we had. Very disappointed.

The hotel was dirty and the room I stayed in had garbage left behind from a prior guest. The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile and the bed sheets werent clean. It was so bad I had to leave 3 nights early of my 4 night stay.
