The room was not quite what I expected. The floors were dirty and the room needed a good dusting. There were also holes in the bathroom next to the hairdryer. The ceiling has mold/mildew spots in the bathroom.

Continental breakfast basically non existent. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the building. The room had just been “cleaned “ when we got there. The floor was covered with water. We wiped it down with a hand towel so no one slipped. The towel was filthy when we got done.

WE ARRIVED EARLY & NO ONE LET US KNOW THERE WASCOFFEE & HUICE AVAILABLE & a better place to sit.My fiance had to sit on his walker for 3 hours we lost our luggage & have been trying to get a hold of them for2 days ..no answer. Their pop machine & Atm were down.

Tv was inaccessible. It was in Spanish and wouldn’t get out of the main tv menu. I was too tired to worry about it. Also air conditioner was broken. The increase temp worked but not the decrease. I ended up with temps of 80’s and turned it off.
One reason I chose this place to pay a little extra is because of the free breakfast. But all they had literally was waffles. No toast, cereal, yogurt. Nothing. Not even cream for the coffee. I had a waffle and had to get breakfast somewhere else anyway.
