Location to destination.
Negatives:
The room smelled strange. The TV in the bedroom section did not work and no resolution. The smell of marijuana at reception when I walked in was overpowering, especially in a fully smoke free facility, and it didn’t smell down the hallways.

Rethinking my next already booked...
Positives:
Breakfast was terrific, as was the breakfast room staff. Room was exceptional. Cleanliness was very good. As we traveled with a small dog, pet friendly policy was essential.
Negatives:
Disappointed the swimming pool was out of service the whole time we were there. That was the main reason we chose C.I. and S. by Radisson in the first place, as my grandchildren were looking forward to joining us to use the pool.

This was the only hotel we ever stayed at that refused our request to use the breakfast room to play games per the manager. Also the pool has been out of commission since November and will not open until May. No discount for this inconvenience.

Inhospitable management
Positives:
the property was in a good location away from downtown but still within close driving distance. The staff was very friendly and the entrance looked very nice. The continental breakfast was good.
Negatives:
our room (115) was next to the mechanical room. We could hear the people above us and along on the one side. Our room looked as though nobody had been in it in a while. I had to quickly clean up some dead pill bugs that were in the bathroom before my daughter saw it. Also saw an alive one in the bedroom area. The room could definitely use an overhaul. The parking lot asphalt is a mess and it rained our entire trip so it was a muddy puddle.

The room is extremely clean, it is very spacious and the location is ideal to downtown Ithaca. I feel very comfortable here.

The toilet was clogged and the hot water dispenser in the breakfast area was a shade of yellow so I could not use it for my beverage.

Neither my husband nor I could sleep at night. The walls were thin and we could hear all kinds of noises from neighboring rooms; similarly we could hear all the footsteps of the occupants of the room above us. We were able to access a white noise app on my phone but were still exhausted by morning.
