Positives:
Everyone there was so kind and lovely. They even had a breakfast ready for us to take away as we were flying and wouldn’t be there for breakfast hours. There was also hot food available until 10pm and all the snacks and drinks needed. It’s perfect location if you just want to be close to the airport or want the shuttle.
Negatives:
There isn’t anything I didn’t like apart from our bed sheets were dirty and not cleaned. They apologised and swapped hotel rooms for us. That was the only downfall otherwise it would have been exceptional

It offered a timely shuttle to JFK airport.
Negatives:
No on site parking as promised. Street was sketchy with homeless tented at freeway exit. Lobby was unkempt. (Lobby mat was in shreds) Airport shuttle was dangerously packed with people, overloaded, and some had to hold heavy bags on their laps. Seriously overpriced for hotel quality.
