The shuttle service is a huge bonus, it runs on the hour from JFK and on every 30 minutes to go to the airport. Remember to book the service once you check in at the front desk. The hotel is very basic but has every comodity, the rooms were actually quite spacious for NY standards.

I continued to ask for a ticket for my valet parking, and they ignored me and would not park my car.
