The staff. They were great.
Negatives:
Be prepared to walk to through the smoking section every time you go through the front door! Horrible! Everything about my room was run down. For the price...so not worth it. The bar was open so I guess that's cool.

They have every day tea and coffee until the end of the day, hot breakfast, nice stuff; good pet policy
Negatives:
The room was not ventilated, there was no way to open windows, and an air conditioner was very loud, so we couldn’t sleep at nights.
