Came on a Wednesday to have a calm quiet getaway and sit in a hot tub and relax…..what we got was 30 people cannon balling into the hot tub and launching off the wall of the tub into the pool….incessant screaming and food everywhere and drinks everywhere in the pool area and no towels…..had to seek out someone to re stock towels that disappeared fast……same people walked soaking wet through every part of the hotel not keeping their loud profane mouths quiet

I liked that they served breakfast and it was included in the well priced stay.
Negatives:
Rooms were dirty (Found dead bugs and cobwebs under the AC). We stayed for 4 nights and no one came even once to clean our room ( We had to come to the front desk and ask them to send someone after 3 nights as the garbage was overflowing). The breakfast lady was overwhelmed and grumpy and took it out on the guests (I hate to think what's going on during summer time when the hotel is at full capacity). Many times when I had a question or request the front desk was empty. The indoor pool area needs better vantilation as the smell of the chlorine is too strong and hurts the eyes.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice pool area and playground on the outside was convenient and a plus.
Negatives:
The staff didn’t great us when we arrived for check in. I ordered 2 rooms and they were far from each other. I had to travel back and forth to service my children and share food; it was very inconvenient.

The pool slide was a great add! Also the hot tub and the game room were great additions. The center entrance was also beautiful with the stairs and lights

We had a pull out sofa bed in our suit , but no pillows or blankets for it .. we asked for those at the front desk and were provided with two fitted sheets.. no pillows or blankets .. thank goodness Walmart wasn't to far away.

The housekeeping could take a few extra mins to vacuum up under the chair cushions. The chairs and couches get neglected.
