The fact that it was close to the airport. One young employee was nice.

The shuttle service was terrible. I had to walk to the hotel at 11:30pm because they refused to offer the shuttle after 11pm. But when I booked the room, I thought the shuttle was 24 hour service. I booked this hotel for the shuttle and breakfast and I got neither. Also, the breakfast was a brown bag and I didn't even accept it. The room: blood stain on the wall, spider webs everywhere, and it took me 20 minutes to figure out how to even use the shower. Pretty sure I saw prostitutes in the hallway too. Not a place I'm going back to.

Breakfast included was advertised in the reservation yet was only a paper bag with juice/water bottle/ muffin (processed food) and a multi grain bar. Signs indicated to ask for it at the front desk. Very unusual experience!

I liked the shuttle service, and the staff was friendly when i checked in. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there were little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I could adjust the room temperature myself. Even though I didnt use them, I liked having a microwave and refrigerator in room.
Negatives:
The sheets on the bed had human hair and dirt on them, so I slept on top of the covers(It was 11pm, I had to get up at 3am. I didn't want to wait forever to get the sheets changed out). The refrigerator sounded like the traffic and airplanes I could hear going by. I heard the people in the room above me drop their suitcses on the floor. It didn't wake me up, at around 2:30/2:45 am, because people had been outside my room talking loudly for a while before that. The door handle of the room across from mine was completely broken off. The bathroom had cob-job repairs done to it.
