Very disappointing and not worth...
Positives:
The room was comfortable. Bed was very large and comfortable

Cleanliness could be improved. The room was adequately clean but the hallways and especially the stairways were not very clean Location is not great unless you have to be near the airport. Otherwise you are kind of far from restaurants and amenities

When I arrived at the hotel I thought that I was in the wrong place. They have a gazebo out front and there were about 8 adults and children there with many garbage bags of clothes. I assume they are homeless, and that would have been fine, but there were also people just hanging around. I parked in the lot out of site of everyone to get a better lay of the land. The vehicle next to me (fairly new) had a bullet hole in the drivers side window and the back window was covered in plastic. I was so scared to leave my car that I called my husband and we decided I would just leave there, my payment was not refundable. I found another place in downtown that I felt much safer in. I later found out when speaking to a family from the Albany area that this hotel and others like it have been inundated with the illegal immigrants that have been sent from NYC to this area.

Positives:
Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent- bagels and nutrition bars is not a continental breakfast. So disappointing
Negatives:
Sheets had a stain. Ceiling tiles ( in hallway) looked like there was mold on them. Toom smelled funny

Only 1 towel was soft...
Negatives:
Toilet was terribly heavy smelling
Corridors of the hotel was smelling too
Breakfast was almost nothing
Nobody to ask for something which had finished in the breakfast.
Outside of the hotel was also dirty.
It was a huge mistake
