Positives:
As a snowbird, I was able to have my car shipped here. The location near the airport, and that they would allow my pet, were huge factors in my selection. Upon arrival, the staff were super friendly. Food delivery was perfect, Uber went well. Everything happened beautifully, it was a great experience. If I continue to ship my car, I can see this becoming a thing!
Negatives:
Baseboards in bathroom could use attention. Because I travel with a pet, a coffee pot in the room is always a bonus.
Price was decent but it all adds up, so a break would help ease the choice of doing this again in the fall

The staff was unhelpful and curt. At 2am there was someone in the courtyard screaming at the top of their lungs...there was no elevator and our room was directly across from the floor access door so every time someone came up from the lobby we heard the door.

Water was hot which initially I was worried about after reading a review regarding the shower water temp being lukewarm. Difficult to get through main door with luggage, needs to be a motion sensor sliding door.
Negatives:
No elevators so if your room is on the 2nd floor be prepared to carry luggage upstairs. If you cannot climb stairs I highly suggest you request 1st floor. Hotel looks old (they were replacing carpet in some areas but the new carpet looked cheap).

The building is under construction in some areas, but the most unpleasant thing was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room also the appearance at the reception is not the most favorable! Everything else was fine!!
