The location was convenient for me to attend the event that I went to. Breakfast was very limited and repetitive. On one of the days, there was no coffee available.
Negatives:
There were items in the room from the previous guests (toothbrush, toothpaste), and the shower curtain barely protected the bathroom from being soaked during showering. It was so close that it clung to your body.

When I pulled into the parking lot, three men were drinking alcohol and seeming to work on a car. When I got out of my car to walk to office, someone shouted 'whitey'. The office is a shack with a non english speaking employee buttressed behind plexiglass. Needless to say, I canceled my stay and left. Now they are still trying to charge me. I would consult the local police precinct before staying there.

Positives:
Location was close enough to the job I was attending for training.
Negatives:
Stayed 2 nights first night around 2am I went in the bathroom and saw a roach on the floor. I stepped on it and flushed it. It took me hours to go back to sleep. The next night around 10pm I went into the bathroom I saw 2 more. Grabbed the toilet paper and got rid of them. I stepped out of the bathroom and once again I saw one around the bottom of the shower. So in total in 2 nights I killed 4 roaches. The only reason I did not leave the room was there were no other vacancies. And sleeping in my car was not an option because it was pouring down raining.
