The lady at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good and the food was hot. There was plenty of room to park . It was quieter than most hotels I’ve stayed in so that made me happy! The bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows.
Negatives:
There was a big line thru the center of our TV which made it hard to watch anything. The room was mostly clean but there was a lot of “ splash” on the walls. A lot of coffee from the looks of it. Our room had a very distinct odor, we put dryer sheets in the vents of the fan to get rid of it. There was a lot of dirt behind the doors.

The staff was nice during check in.

The property had a smoke smell in the elevator and the floor my room was on. The odor smelled like smoking cigarettes and marijuana.
The room was clean. The mattresses were very firm i found it uncomfortable. One of the towels had a brown stain going across it. You couldn’t see until you unfolded it. The water pressure was not very good when you took a shower. It took a long time to rinse shampoo out of your hair.
This is not a huge deal just something I noticed the TV had no Tv guide so you can see what channels had on them.

We found the room to be quite dirty. The carpet had spills and stains all over it and not just from stains that have been previously cleaned but spills that were not cleaned at all. The chair had something spilled all down it. I had to clean it myself. Also as a recovering alcoholic I didn’t like being offered a free bottle of wine. Would have preferred that option in the booking so I didn’t have to deal with it in person.
