Negatives:
We were charged $54 for Valletta parking only to find out that our car was parked on the streat not in garage.we are senior citizens with parking permit and could have parked on street by ourselves. Parking on street was not safe and door was scratched on our car. We are taking this up with american express. The manager of the hotel did nothing but give us a drink comp. This should have been removed from our bill. He was deceitful.

Rip off regarding valet charges
Positives:
The reception area was spacious and clean. The family room was comfortable with good technology and very clean bathroom with good toiletries / hairdryer etc.
The rooftop pool and deck and view are wonderful. Nice staff with good service for drinks and food.
The location of the hotel is fabulous. Straight onto the boardwalk with provision of beach chairs and towels as needed.

The staff is not friendly. There is always some worker somewhere where the bedrooms are. In the morning, a worker was standing by our window just out of nowhere. The shower walls had hair on them. The person at the front desk who assisted me with check-in was very unprofessional. He took my name, gave me the keys and ran out without saying a word to me.

location was great for Long Beach. Easy to park car on street with no restrictions or payment needed. Hotel pool on rooftop was pleasant and had a great view of the beach and boardwalk
Negatives:
Beds were awful! Very bad mattresses which need replacing. We were there for 3 nights and slept terribly. Rooms were also in need of some renovating overall.

First and Formal, so I am so happy that I received a link for this survey. I like to share with you that I received the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, disgusting customer service ever.
Negatives:
I never touch foot in that property. My daughter was stuck in New York mind you she is a minor and I made a reservation quickly before noting that the airline was able to get her out of New York that same night I called within two minutes to attempt to cancel this reservation and they have denied it three times. There was no consideration to my situation at all. Manager will not call me back. Her name is Haley also spoke to a gentleman by the name of Derek, who also was not very helpful.

Positives:
The bathroom in suite is huge and beautiful. The king bed is very comfortable.
Negatives:
There was no view as there is a construction at the hotel blocking the views.
I didn’t get a bed cover for the sofa bed where my kids slept. The first bed sheets I got were dirty.
The hotel - overall, was not super clean and the elevators were smelly.
The beach should include chairs and umbrella for guests.

It’s sad to have an oceanfront room and not be able to enjoy the gorgeous view from a private balcony. There weren’t always security guards to keep outsiders from using the pool. My suite was very nice. I had a kitchen but no utensils, plates, etc.
