As a European tourist, I didn’t have an American-type plug to charge my phone. I ask for one at the reception desk but they didn’t have any.

The location is great, right near two subway stations with a lot of connections. Nice neighborhood with bars and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and spacious, everything working as expected. They cleaned it everyday and provided everything we needed. They also have a laundry room with great prices.
Negatives:
We had to pay an extra deposit when we arrived, even though it wasn't mentioned anywhere. We are waiting for the money to come back in our account.
They do not have signs with DND to put on the door. In two mornings the room service woke us up to see if we are still there or they can clean. It was not pleasant.

The shallow floor is poorly designed with water huddling in the center of the floor instead of draining. Also the shower head has an extremely powerful spray which splashes onto the door of the shower and drips onto the bathroom floor when the door is open.
