I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your front office staff during my recent stay at your hotel. Although I regrettably forgot her name, the special duty manager lady was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my visit.
The hotel's convenient location near coffee shops, Halal foods, and train stations made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the assistance and positive attitude of all the staff members, as well as the excellent room accommodations.

The location of the hotel in near 2 subway station, so its easy to reach everything you need. The neighborhood is very safe, you can easily walk around in the night. The staff is very friendly.
Negatives:
The room is very small for a family of 4. If you make the sofa bed there is almost no space to walk around the beds. I made a reservation for 4 person (2 child and 2 adults) and when we came in the room the bed for kids wasn't prepared. There even were no towels for them. We have to ask the reception for towels and same happends eveytime where the maid clean the room (3 times). They didn't leave as enough towels (just 2 instead of 4)
