Unfortunately, I did encounter a small issue during check-in. After traveling for six hours by plane and then spending an additional four hours reaching the hotel from the airport, I arrived late at night, feeling extremely tired. The receptionist handling my check-in was not polite. She was arrogant, interrupted me, and spoke in a high voice, which was quite unprofessional and made the experience even more unpleasant. Despite my exhaustion, she did not show any understanding or willingness to assist me in a considerate manner.
However, the next day, a senior administrator addressed and resolved the issue in just five minutes. This person handled the situation with utmost professionalism, which I greatly appreciated.
