Negatives: The day after I arrived I discovered the bed had not been made, room cleaned, etc. When I inquired, I was told guests needed to request this, but nobody had told me that. Though I was promised such service as of that moment, it did not happen.

Positives: The location of the hotel was good. Large rooms. overnight parking is convenient.
Negatives: As our family recenty stayed @Hilton Garden Inn in NYC and Atlanta, we knew what to expect... That's why we've added the breakfast option on purpose. Unfortunately, in NewOrleans, the "included breakfast" option, that we paid through booking.com is a scam : There was no breakfast buffet, and the kitchen is actually handled by a private company (whose internet tablets were not working, BTW...). As a result, we were only allowed to order potatoes for breakfast; We had to pay 3$ for every toast (no jam provided), 12$ for a plate of pancakes... We were really disappointed. As a result, we ended spending our mornings at a bakery/cofee close to the hotel. I'll write to the Booking.com customer service to ask for a refund for the "breakfast option" extra cost.
