The location was perfect. There's a small supermarket (Hudson Food Market) less than a minute walk away. The subway station is also about a minute walk away. The staff was lovely.
Negatives:
We were given the room keys and just had to figure out on our own how to get to the room. There was no explanation of how to use the elevator (found out from another guest while in the elevator that you first have to scan the room key). The shower door wasn't leak proof so there was always a puddle of water outside the shower to clean up after each shower.

The day after I arrived I discovered the bed had not been made, room cleaned, etc. When I inquired, I was told guests needed to request this, but nobody had told me that. Though I was promised such service as of that moment, it did not happen.
