International visitors have to wait 4 weeks to get deposit back.
Many rules are not outlined in the Hotel information.
I opted to pay at the hotel and there was an attempt to take money the day before.
Also a message was sent to me while I was airbourne with a deadline time to respond. Then I was threatened with a cancellation to my booking.

Loved all the staff, everyone was upset awesome and happy to help. Front desk staff were welcoming and the cleaning service was quick and speedy when you needed something for your room. Rooms were more spacious than expected. Overall great hotel.
