Positives: The location was only 6 min away from the Adirondack Bank Center. The place had everything I needed to feel comfortable enough.

Negatives: The mattress was not that nice and the bed spring was loud. There needs a rug in there to make it cozier, the floor was a cold vinyl. The sounds of water running from other rooms was loud. The curtains were falling apart and didn't cover all of the light coming in.
