Positives:
The staff was very responsive and helpful. There were a few special requests that I had, and we were accommodated nicely.
Check-in was a breeze due to the mobile option, and we were able to manage our day as situations arose without worrying about our reservation being canceled or altered.
Negatives:
It was hard to get into the hotel when we arrived. The entrance was not immediately recognizable, the doors were locked, and there was no staff at the front desk. We had to wait a while until we were let in by a couple of guests.
The room was a bit dark and didn't have much natural light. And, the living room area was a bit smaller than I preferred.
