Exceptional
Positives:
The location is excellent, walkable to many attractions and subway. The staff was extremely professional, pleasant , and helpful. We were there with a family group for my daughter’s wedding events and they were so patient with us using the lounge, provided plates etc for an impromptu pastry breakfast. There were umbrellas to borrow and they provided dog bowls and a bed for our pups. I can’t say enough. And the rooms were very well appointed. I would definitely return!

Fabulous boutique hotel in great...
Positives:
Our room was huge, larger than some of my friends’ NYC apartments. Lol Our room was very clean as was the hotel in general. The staff were very friendly, from the person who opened the doors and greeted us to the hotel manager. We especially liked the bartender at the restaurant next door. He was super nice and the service was great. We sat outside and it was lovely. The location is great if you’re attending a concert at Pier 17. Or if you want to check out what’s happening around the south street seaport. There’s a great market where you can get your morning coffee at the seaport as well. There’s a parking lot a couple blocks away from the hotel and they give a discount if the hotel stamps the claim check. It was very convenient and easy. We had a great time and hope to stay again.
Negatives:
Our minibar wasn’t stocked with beer or wine (even though they were listed on the minibar menu). I wanted some vino to drink while I got ready for our concert- so we called the front desk and asked for someone to come stock the minibar but no one ever showed up. Boo! lol
Went to the hotel bar and the seat cushions for many of the tables were stained and kinda grody. They need a good washing.
The food at the restaurant next door was just ok/meh. They should offer more vegan options as well. The plant based food I order was swimming in butter so I gave it to my husband. Which is a shame because it’s NYC and there are lots of vegan/plant based people living in and coming to the city.
