Positives:
Excellent location near Grand Central on Park Avenue. Easy to get around in all directions via subway and ferry. Away from the Times Square commotion. Room was very clean and comfortable. It's much nicer than most NYC rooms and I thought offered a great value for what it provided. I even could see the Empire State Building from my window. Staff was courteous and professional from the front desk to the doormen to the cleaning staff.
Negatives:
Did not impact my stay whatsoever but perhaps have a coffee station in the lobby along with the water that was provided. That said, plenty of cafe's and bakeries nearby.

I payed 200 dollars as a deposit when I arrived and the hôtel never gave me my money back! I am going to the police to file a complaint.

5 mins walk from Grand Central Station, you’re right in the thick of it! It was a perfect location to explore NYC as first timers. The staff were also super friendly and available to help when needed.
Negatives:
Our room’s view was of a small brick courtyard and so it could get a bit dark in the room at times - but then again, we’re right in the middle of manhattan so could be expected.

Excellent location with comfortable rooms

The room was awesome, especially the tub. Definitely consider coming back.
Negatives:
I was out getting breakfast but we had an odd situation where a staff knocked and just game in the room at around 9 am (saying they need to come in); my wife had to quickly grab a towel. Come to find out the staff member had the wrong room. Still a very awkward situation.
