Positives:
It's a great location for the price. The desk attendant at check-in was extremely kind and helpful. While I was waiting to check-in I saw him provide excellent service to another guest by giving her detailed and thorough traveling instructions. Check-out was equally great. The room was clean and comfortable - it had everything I needed for a single night's stay.
Negatives:
It was a bit crowded in the lobby, but that's being nitpicky. There were really no drawbacks for a room in this location and in this price range. It's actually an amazing value.

Positives:
Great location, next to bus terminal (coach USA to Newark Airport), most musical theater nearby. 2 complementary drinks and 1 breakfast when checking in, which is a surprise. Friendly staffs and Lurhesse welcoming us at midnight 1am and help us again when checking out. Great stay for 4 nights in New York.
Negatives:
Room bit small for a family of 4 though we knew it’s small when booking it.
