There was no functioning toilet in my room. There was no working phone in my room to call the front desk. There was no repairman available to fix the toilet until the next morning. The property offered me a few points to come back to their terrible hotel, which I obviously wouldn't do, or I could file a complaint through Booking.com to get a refund. I filed a complaint through Booking, and as expected, I received no refund.

Positives:
The hotel's location is fantastic, offering the best value for money. As a small city hotel, its amenities are limited, but for those who only need a place to sleep, it's perfectly fine.
Negatives:
However, the carpet in the room was a letdown. It gave a bit of a dirty feeling, even though the bathroom was very clean. The room overall didn’t quite provide the same sense of cleanliness.

The value for the dollar I believe they're underpricing themselves the location was superb walking distance from everything I need food the Supreme Court House and the Brooklyn Bridge that's all I needed after a long day of sightseeing and taking care of my business getting back to a nice clean king size bed with a beautiful shower it's all a man can ask for I highly recommend it.

Liked how they had snacks/drinks that they just charged to your room.
Parking was expensive but they stamped the ticket to get a discount on parking.
