The AC was very loud which made sleeping difficult, the room had a bad odor, and the floor of the shower was worn and looked unclean. There was also a problem with the tv channels which weren’t working because it was told there was an issue with the cable company. The channels were restored until the day I checked out.

Not luxury as we first thought but became used to it and realise we are only there for sleep and shower. Don’t need fancy room when being out between 8am and 11pm at each day.

Location is convenient, nearby landmarks and access to subway, for the price I paid on this trip I expected free breakfast as opposed to paying for it, which didn't make sense having all the nearby , gourmet venues to go and select the best breakfast experience as opposed to pay $8 for a muffin with bacon and egg..
Negatives:
I'm a fan of clean environment, entrance to an inviting clean , modern lobby tells me about the character of the hotel, in addition to the welcoming attitude of the staff. There is a lot of improvement opportunity, always keep a clean area, rooms as well.
