Excellent location, in a very nice neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the view was beautiful.

The breakfast service was nearly absent, except for a small bakery+cafe option. The beds were a bit too soft to our own judge, not fully confortable.

Comfy King Bed. Good water pressure and hot water. Nice view from 12th floor across Broadway to Hudson River.
Negatives:
Peeling paint; window seals were taped, but tape had peel off and we could hear the wind whipping. $39/night "resort fee," for nothing but coffee pods and bottled water in room. $50 "early check in fee" when we arrived at noon, though the room was ready and empty. Trash stayed in ice machine room for 3 days.

At least 10 minute wait to get hot water on 2nd floor, hot water comes down from above 16 floor. A cold shower if you don’t know this, and you haven’t factored in a 10 minute warm up! Sink backs up within a minute, gross brushing your teeth. Mildew smell in bathroom necessitates closing the bathroom door.

Fantastic location. Great hotel and fantastic staff. One if the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in in the city. The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and very clean. Great views from my room and I loved the vibe around the hotel. The library room is a great place to work for a few hours and a very nice atmosphere at the bar in the evening.
Negatives:
Very disappointed to find that the roof terrace does not exist anymore. It was the one reason why I booked this place. Apparently it got shut down four years ago already but is still being advertised on booking. I find this extremely misleading.
