Positives:
All the service went well. Nice lobby bar and breakfast area. Good restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was clean and taken care of by the cleaning staff every day.
Negatives:
There were a few problems with the room. One light fixture by the bed did not work. The coffee maker did not work. The air conditioning was good but was very loud.

Positives:
The hotel is conveniently located near the 72nd St station and walking distance to many great restaurants & cafes. As a family, we enjoyed that it was in a quieter neighborhood but still with lots of stuff to do nearby and a short train ride to downtown. The room was spacious with a separate living room area – especially great for our kid to playing around in. We were also pleasantly surprised by the live jazz concert in the lobby area on the weekends – and appreciated the hotel having a cafe/bar and lounge area.
Negatives:
Cleanliness was lacking. The TV remote was sticky and dusty. The shower was clogged. The shampoo was running out. At first glance, the room looked nice but the closer you looked and the more you used things, you realized how old and dirty things really were.
