Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The location is very good.
Negatives:
The wi-fi never worked (in 15 nights) and we got no solution from the staff. This might sound like a minor inconvenience, but being 2024 and for the price of this hotel, it is frankly unacceptable to not provide at least a usable wi-fi connection, and on top of that, not offering support or a solution. It was really frustrating. If you are someone who values/needs wi-if connectivity in a hotel, look elsewhere.

Exceptional
Positives:
Good location for tourists, friendly staff, free washing machine and tumble dryer facilities on site, free gym facilities on site
Negatives:
The food, snacks, coffee and tea facilities were very poor, room was very small, cleaners only come once a week during your stay - this really should be every day, hotel had run out of washing powder for the washing machines, coffee machine was broken in lobby. The small kitchenette is pointless when facilities are so poor. Not the most inviting place to stay. Even on top floors it was still very noisy. Room smelt of smoke. Aircon was very loud and we couldn't sleep with it on. No fan in the bathroom meant any shower left it very fogged up and damp. Overall, the place was fine and the room was clean on arrival.
