Great location and perfect for...
Positives:
The staff was very responsive when it came to ice, etc.
Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was cold. Water was very hot if you wanted it. Sheets were crisp.
Negatives:
Very limited help with luggage, they only had one luggage rack to transport from room to vehicle
Bathrooms were horribly in need of new flooring. It was buckled and soft. Our tub surround had black duck tape where caulk should have been. Window in shower had Privacy film but it didn't cover the entire glass.

Drain shower was clocked. I couldn’t use the sink. I couldn’t use toilet and nobody was coming to fix that. I asked for another room and they told me they don’t have the another one because it’s been sold out. I stay at the hotel and I couldn’t use the sink. I couldn’t use a shower. I couldn’t use the toilet and I tried to talk to the person like three people over there. Nobody cares anyone try to play games so let me manager. Let me call the owner and no answer.

Don't be deceived by the pictures. The hotel is filthy. I reserved a two double bed room and was given a bed with a couch in the tiniest space available. Outside of my room there were stacked mattresses and boxes, the floor's carpet was covered in plastic, all full of dust. I had to force cancel my stay and move to another hotel. We met another family at the lobby while I was cancelling who had this same opinion "a filthy hotel as no other".
I have been waiting for my refund for three months and neither the hotel nor Booking have done anything. Club City's excuse is that their accounting department is not available. Filing a legal complain as of now. Don't stay here!

The location was perfect. Very much right in the heart of everything and an easy walk to Times Square area sights.
The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. I have stayed at the four seasons too and this was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in!
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had a few slights issues and I felt that the staff went above and beyond to remedy the issues.
There is a nice spread for breakfast of muffins, croissants, ect… I love that they serve to 10 too bc we are not morning people.
Negatives:
The building itself, while clean, is really old. We did have a two roaches. Although, Jesus (in maintenance), came up hunted the one that got away down and brought us some raid. As far as I understand, that’s a common New York problem but didn’t love it.
I would have liked regular coffee. There was only a cappuccino machine but that’s a personal preference.
We did have issues with our A/C and the staff did try to fix it. There was no option for us to move rooms so the staff brought up a fan that was actually fine and ended up being comfortable without the A/C performing the way it should have.
