The hotel wasn’t as described on the website and shown in the pictures. It was rather small, dark and not the cleanest. Not great value for money.

Positives:
They provide free breakfast which was not advertised on booking.com and was a great bonus. The location is great. The room was good for us as we are a family of 5 and could fit into 1 room, whereas most other places we looked at required us to take 2 rooms, making it much more costly. There was confusion over a package that was at the hotel for me, which they couldn't find and only found after I left. Other than that it was great, especially if you are a big family and want to stay somewhere central at budget prices. They really should edit their booking.com ad to include the free breakfast as not many of the places we looked at in NYC included breakfast.
