Perfect location for visiting New York, Time Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center all in walking distance, and also bus and metro lines is all directions. The hotel is beautiful, the neighborhood is safe.

the room... we love the bedding comfortable to sleep and less noise from the outside, decors were great, the ambience, the cleanliness, good scent of the room, brunch excellent, staff accommodating, we were able to leave our bags before check in and on check out

during shower water all over the bathroom floors, buffet breakfast seems overpriced and choices were less and the food was less desirable than the brunch

The Hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Times Square and Broadway area.
The room was always clean and quiet.
Staff always polite and helpful.
A comfortable nights stay.
Negatives:
No having a wardrobe was not ideal.
Open shower was difficult not to flood the bathroom floor.

Lovely hotel in a great spot close to Times
Square. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely and the restaurant and bars were modern with a good range of food and drinks on offer. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The bathroom needed extra shelving as there was little space to store anything. In particular there was nowhere to place clean clothes to change into after the shower.
