I had no complaints so...

We liked all the New York City things, including theater, TV show tapings, food tours, wonderful eating options, Manhattan cruise, walking the Brooklyn Bridge, public library, Museum of Broadway, Morgan Library, Bryant Park and Central Park, etc.
Negatives:
We were Initially given a room the size of a shockingly small ship's state room. Our luggage and bodies barely fit. Had we not prepaid (non-refundable), we would have changed hotels so our six-day stay in NYC wouldn't be ruined. Ultimately, we had to pay several hundred additional dollars to get a room of sufficient size for two adults, and then move all our things to the new room. Also, I requested that daily breakfasts for my spouse and for me be included for an additional specified charge, but it was not. Our first and only breakfast at the hotel cost us $65.00 plus tip for two people. We had coffee, eggs and toast. Although the second room was satisfactory and the things we did in NYC were fun and wonderful, I will probably not use booking.com or stay at Civilian again. Too costly for what we got.

The shower does not have a door so the bathroom can get really wet when showering, and if I used the floor towel then it was full of water,having a door will make it easier.
