The location, minutes from Time Square.
Negatives:
Unfortunately it wasnt what we ordered, with a room so small we couldnt fit our suitcases. The staff made no effort to apologise for our room, and I do think it was the smallest one in the entire building with an even smaller window not like seen in pics (it was worse). Housekeeping didnt happen even when requested 3/4 nights too.

Great location, a room not suited to travelling couple.
Positives:
Location was great and the style of the hotel was lovely.

Hotel room wasnt big enough for a week long stay. Our cases took up most of the room.
The hotel was popular for private events. Residents werent told about them so were turned away from using the roof too bar

Very enjoyable
Positives:
Nice, well situated hotel. Good sized room for one person and plenty of handy space hacks. Water bottle refill on every floor was great. You can work from the bar which is handy and lots of space for chargers etc.
Negatives:
No hangers or wardrobe space but I suppose given NY room sizes thats to be expected. There was an issue with the lifts when I was there so only one lift was in order - took ages to get to the rooms and caused a bit of traffic. Sometimes waiting 20+ mins but staff were nice about it.

very nice boutique hotel, with great bar. very nice staff even though the check in is a bit long (limited staff). The room was very clean and convenient even though very small. Great location close to lots of attraction and transportation.
Negatives:
The bathroom door is just frosted glass, which doesnt save any intimacy when traveling in couple.

Ventilation must be improved in the bathroom. As they dont change / clean every day (only upon request), towels cannot dry
Also, double check your bill at the end, they charged me a breakfast. Fortunately they corrected it and made a refund.

We were able to hear the other rooms, up to their alarms which woke us up early in the morning. The bed was extremely hard. Also dont like the shower with the half of a shield. Water went on floor
