Positives:
Our room was small but very comfortable. If you plan to stay 1 or 2 nights or if you travel alone it is ok, otherwise there is no place to store your clothes/shoes.
The view on the surrounding skyscrapers is great.
On th 2nd floor there is a nice bar with live music in the evening. And on top a small but fantastic rooftop.
We enjoyed our stay.
