Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, Aug 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, Aug 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Aug 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Aug 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Aug 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. CIVILIAN offers paid full-service or complimentary light housekeeping that only covers the basics. The optional full-service housekeeping is available for USD 15 per day plus taxes. Please note that, all dogs are welcome, at a maximum of 100lbs. A $50 Pet fee will be accessed for each stay. Any dog exceeding 40 lbs must be booked in Spacious Queen, King, or Double room types. This property does not charge facility fees. Pool and Fitness Center are located at a separate location off site. There's flat fee of $200 will be authorized on the guests credit card when they arrive at the hotel. This is for any incidentals charged at the property during their stay
