Excellent location right by Times Square and easy to get to everything, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
There was noise from what sounded like an external air con unit outside the window which was quite disruptive at night and made it more difficult to sleep. The hotel could do with being renovated as it's a little old and the elevators were very small.

The staff were so helpful with getting us a room an hour before check in started. We got there a little early and they were so nice to us. The room was kept clean by housekeeping and it was very comfortable to sleep there.
