The room was efficient, clean and comfortable. On the 20th floor it was quiet, did not hear the traffic outside nor from the other rooms. The gym was in a nice open space and there is a laundry room!

We booked a corner king and it was well worth it for the fantastic views. Location was perfect for walking to where we wanted to go or for catching tour buses or subway. Nearby Gastro Market was very handy for picking up snacks. It has a guest laundry but we only realised late in our stay. Wish we had known earlier!
Negatives:
The toilet faces an internal wall. Not great if you are a tall person with long legs. This was a small inconvenience in an otherwise great room.
