The staff were wonderful and very professional. The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice with a modern touch

The shower was not clean - looked like it had not be cleaned there was hair on the walls , there was hair and dust on the back of the toilet and the caulking needs redone in the shower. Also the carport did not seem clean so they need to have a talk with the cleaning crew

Positives:
The location is great. Across the street is Edge. It is a 7-minute walk from 34th Street Penn Station and a 3-minute walk from Hudson yards Station It is equivalent to living in Shinjuku, Japan.
This position allows me to see the National Day fireworks smoothly.
Negatives:
WiFi was a little slow.
What I'm not satisfied with is to send a request to the hotel in advance. The hotel replied quickly and said that it would try its best to arrange it. In fact, when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff didn't do what they promised at all. The attitude is not friendly, and I'm a little disappointed. But I didn't continue to discuss with them, so I accepted the arrangement. I think it's important to keep your word, don't you?

Positives:
Really nice hotel with friendly and efficient front staff. We were able to leave our bags safely during the day, and they offered us early check in. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Late check out time was also convinient.
Negatives:
There's a resturant under the hotel, but the breakfasts there didn't call to me. Lifts were often busy.
