Beds were comfortable. Convenient location. Queen sized beds. Nice linens. Cleanliness. Good water pressure in shower. I liked the wide window sill, it was useful. Male member of housekeeping staff on our floor was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
There was an additional $200 charge added to my bill?? (Please explain.) There wasn't enough lighting on one side of the room which made working at the desk difficult. Not enough places to put luggage (had to use the ironing board).

Absolutely not (small) kids friendly. Pick another hotel if you have small kids.
Too expensive for what this hotel is. Seeing photos of this hotel and the advertisement we were a bit disappointed what it actually looked like. Its a bit run down. The view advertised was not like photos either.
I'm sure you can find better hotels for the price of this one.
