Our arrival was marred by the fact that they asked us to pay our hotel bill - which I had already paid jn April. When they finally confirmed that after making us wait, no apology was forthcoming. Instead we then got asked to pay a deposit which they had not asked for before. All in all, a poor start and a bad reception for eager travellers. Over €300 per night to be treated like unwelcome guests?

They did not clarify correctly if I had to confirm to do the room. The first night they did it but the second night they did not. And when I came to notify they mention that I have to request it however the first night they did it. So the message was not clear and consistent.
