Negatives:
Lots of homeless people next to the hotel, it's not fun to get there at all hours of the day.
Hotel started renovations, we were not informed about it, one elevator was for the contractors and two elevators for the guests who eventually use all the elevators and this causes a long waiting time for the elevators even more than 5 minutes.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, great view form room.
Negatives:
Noisy aircon again. Even though we were very high up and near Times Square, there was constant horns and sirens all night that got annoying. Not the nicest area around the hotel. Staff were constantly hosing the footpath outside for some reason. Renovations going on in hotel.

The staff were super helpful. Our room was a good size and very clean. The location is fantastic if you're doing all the tourist spots.
Negatives:
The room was noisy - with the fridge kicking in. The curtains let in light at the bottom, which woke us early. And they were doing some renovations, so it was noisy and messy in parts.
