During my stay, the renovation activities caused significant inconvenience and discomfort, which severely affected the quality of my experience.
Noise: The construction noise began early in the morning and continued throughout the day, making it impossible to rest or work in my room.
Dust and Debris: There were noticeable amounts of dust and debris in common areas, which not only created an unpleasant environment but also raised health concerns.
Restricted Access: Certain facilities and amenities were either closed or partially accessible, limiting my ability to enjoy the full range of services offered by the hotel.
Safety Concerns: The presence of construction materials and equipment in guest areas posed potential safety hazards.
I booked my stay and expecting a peaceful and relaxing experience, as advertised on your website. However, the ongoing renovations significantly detracted from this, and I feel that the lack of prior notification was misleading. Had I been informed in advance, I would have reconsidered my decision to stay at your hotel during this period.
In light of these issues, I kindly request the following resolutions:
A partial or full refund of my stay due to the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the renovations.
A written apology from the hotel management acknowledging the issues and outlining steps being taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Late arrival, after 11pm and I get a room completely different than what I saw online before booking. The staff explains its all they have left as if I have no choice for $200 per night room.
