We went without Air conditioning for our first 2 and a half days/nights. They comped one night.....but still.....I was staying in a $400/night hotel without air conditioning. The included breakfast was not much.

Negatives:
Check in time at 3pm was not honored. Room was still not ready at 4pm and we had tickets to an event. As our room had a view which i paid for and didnt want to lose our only option was leaving our luggage in a secured closet. Would have like to have enjoyed my room a bit more considering the money paid.
