Had a booking for double beds with Time Square view. Because of early check in they did not have any double beds available. Instead they offered corner room with king bed. They said corner is even better than Time square but are giving it for the same price. From my point of view the corner was not better or even equal, so I think I paid extra for worse room :(

The hotel has an excellent location, in the middle off Time Square, just one street from Time Square's stairs. The hotel has several subways stations close to it. The attention was good, but the room has several issues with the hot water, I felt we took the bath with the Hudson river's water directly and I traveled with kids.

The shower's water was cold most of the time and the carpet was dirty.

The location was great and easy access to all the sights and right on time square. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. They held luggage before check by in time and check out time so we make the most of each day. Received a text message to confirm the room was to our satisfaction and check in with us.
Negatives:
Long check in process and had to check in twice. Checked in when we arrived and our rooms were not ready. When we arrived back later had to stand in line and almost check in again with a long line and no extra staff to assist at that time. No the extractor fan in bathroom.
