Crowne Plaza Times Square has over 25000 square feet (2322 square yards) of private event space onsite, with 28 meeting rooms, and two Ballrooms, including our 6,750 square feet Broadway Ballroom with 20-feet ceilings. Nice staff, great location, quiet on the 40th floor (unlike the hubbub at Times Square). Great to walk to many plays in the theater district. Only a block and a half to subway.
Negatives:
Room had lots of hair on the floor. Coffee supplies had not been checked so items were missing. Went to the gym on the noted 15th floor and a sign on the door dated 2020 said it was closed. When we called to ask about it, we were told that the New York Sports Club had closed but we could walk 3 blocks to another hotel and use the one there if we showed our key card. The morning grab and go food had few tables. Meanwhile all the tables in the bar area were not available til 5pm. No restaurant but there are several nearby.

On the go breakfast with no veg food availability, the Crowne plaza logo light needs to be fixed , there were no sugar in the room , plastic cups ( at least porcelain cup was expected ) paying so much felt like we stayed in Holiday Inn express and not a Crowne Plaza.

There is a lot of don't like list. The value of money we paid is very disappointed for the quality we received. The room we had booked online through Booking.com didn't was nothing like it. The room we had was small, very cold, smelly, and not comfortable and dirty . The facilities are very poor, tired, and run down.
