view from the 30th floor was really nice
We asked for an earlier check-in, got it no problem
The room was large compared to most of the hotels in New York, we fit in great with two big size adults and two teenagers.
Negatives:
The street outside as well as 8th and 9th avenue nearby are filthy and crowded by homeless. However, they didn’t bother us that much. Just once a homeless woman/prostitute started yelling to me and my daughter for no obvious reason, otherwise no problems.

Positives:
This was TBA but now managed and renovated by Marriott. I love the newly renovated lobby. Rooms are still clean and modern. Location is just close enough from everything time square, subway. The staff are respectful and professionals which in NYC are pretty much rare. Will book again for 3rd time in the future.
Negatives:
The sliding door in the toilet and the no barrier bathroom floor. Just nitpicking.
