Excellent weekend trip
Positives:
Amazing location! If you’re in the area for a concert at MSG, this is definitely a great spot as it’s super close from there. Room was also very clean, comfortable and roomy! Also, the welcome cookies are a nice touch.
Negatives:
The elevators aren’t the best and the hallways are pretty small. Also, walls are pretty thin, but it’s not a super dealbreaker as I wasn’t too bothered by it.

One of the worst room ever I stayed in my life. Seems like a duplicate hotel with name of Double Tree. Room was tiny, fridge was put on wood stool, hardly a 9 inch washbasin that too in a corner, loose fitting, foul smell in washroom even if you keep running exhaust fan, water pressure in shower not adequate for shower. Receptionist was very rude when we check-in while asking for parking. She was behaving like I'm asking for her bank account. Never ever select this hotel, total waste of money.

It was a terrible experience. The person at reception was exceptionally rude. When I paid they refused to explain what the charges were for and refused to give me a breakdown. I was exhausted so I paid and then asked for an invoice of all the charges to review. They refused and said Booking.com was going to send me an invoice (false). Now I've checked and I've been wrongfully charged 190.61$ on top of what I was supposed to pay for no reason. Very unpleasant experience.

Basically a scam

Reception .. checkin procedure was great. Extra service my packages I ordered in advance where there by checkin. Matthew at checkout arranged our early morning taxi and checkout.
Negatives:
The frame of the bed. It broke my toe I came home with an injury went to emergency as soon I reached home it came out a broken toe.

The lifts were not too much of an issue during my stay (May 2024)
Negatives:
I was not impressed with this hotel, but most of all, the floor of the room was very dusty on my arrival, and it hasn’t been cleaned either during my stay. I made receptionist at lobby know and asked the floor to be cleaned, she took note but when I arrived in my room, sadly it wasn’t done. I had to use towels to wipe the floor at least to a decent state.
Breakfast was poor in terms of selection and I decided not to have breakfast at the hotel.
