Positives: Location near Times Square though busy location
Negatives: They have just 2 elevators for 25 floors shared with cleaning staff. 1 broke down several times in my 6 night stay, the fire brigade had to come to set people free after 45 mins, another it was 15 minutes. The breakfast is horrible, not Hilton standard at all, if you want an omelette- you have to pay more No other food service provided on site after breakfast and vending machine. The room was clean though and usual Hilton standard bed and sheets

Positives: Great location, there is a courtyard, in the morning you can take coffee with you (but it is not very tasty). You can leave your suitcases until check-in. Great view from the window. Cleaning and change of towels every day.
Negatives: When I checked in, there was someone else's hair on my bed and it was rumpled, I had to ask for a change of bed linen! No toothbrushes or toothpaste. Only 1 elevator worked, the second one was broken and this was a problem, because of the large number of residents it was not always possible to fit in it. Not all of the staff were friendly. They do not congratulate on your birthday. Breakfast is very limited in choice, no vegetables.

Negatives: I found the breakfast too little- most of it was already nearly empty while there was still 30 mins for breakfast. Also the selection was very limited compared to the price that I paid. In addition, there was no service lift so all the cleaning people needed to use the elevators. This was inconvenient for guests to use the elevators in the mornings

Positives: Good location, convenient for walking to popular tourist sites, such as MSG, the Empire State Building and Times Square. Well connected public transport links. Comfortable bed and easy to control air conditioning system.
Negatives: Staff were nice but seemed to be unaware of what they were actually doing. My friend, who I was travelling with, was charged $60 after full payment and no one could tell her why. The manager seemed to speak in riddles and she was hard to understand. She ended up giving us an explanation to say that we haven’t been charged equally but we will be charged equally soon but she couldn’t say when. The room was weathered and there were chips in the wall and stains on the bathroom seat. Granted it was not dirty (I brought my own sanitising wipes and nothing came up) but it didn’t feel 4 star, the bathroom struck me more as roadside motel. The room was cleaned well but simple items like the bar of soap and the toilet paper were not restocked until we specifically requested it to be. We spent an evening using facial tissues as toilet paper.
